Cycle Your Way Into Shape

Spring is here - and there's no better way to get into shape than by cycling! Start at 20 miles, and gradually build your ride to 30 or even 50 miles. The pounds will melt away - unless, of course, you stuff your face with chocolate cake, breads and high caloric drinks /alcohol after your ride. Cycling is also a great way to give your legs muscular definition especially around the very difficult thigh area that is prone to cellulite. Try this low impact sport as it nurtures your knees and lower back in comparison to running, jogging and tennis. If you do not own a bicycle rent a bike at the local shop. It is much more fun to ride with people while taking in the clean country air, so find a bike club to join and the daily rides should be well orgainized and guided by a leader. What could be a better way to get into shape and make new friends?
